Surviving a Loved One’s Suicide

When would a person who’s done nothing wrong feel shame? When that person survives a loved one who’s committed suicide. Laura Bellomo found her husband dead in their new home. She talks about how she got through her feelings of guilt, rejection, and humiliation, and how she helped her sons through their grief. Carmen Lutrell-Roe, who lost her brother to suicide, had many of the same feelings and became temporarily suicidal herself. Both women found peace in a relationship with God that became deeper after they faced this heart wrenching tragedy. Find out how to deal with the aftermath of suicide, and how to tell if someone you love is hurting too much to go on living.
